What is GotNest?

GotNest is an AI-powered real estate platform that helps buyers compare homes, estimate ownership costs, understand neighborhoods, and connect with licensed REALTORS®. Using MLS data, public records, and intelligent property analysis, Jay helps you make informed real estate decisions.

It lists 36,966 homes for sale across 95 Texas markets, sourced from the MLS feed and updated as listings come on and off the market. Every city, neighborhood, and ZIP code with active inventory gets its own page showing the listing count and median price, and every home gets a page with photos, facts, price history, nearby schools, and the listing brokerage attribution.

Browsing is open — listing pages, city hubs, and neighborhood pages are readable without an account. A free account adds saved favorites, the monthly-cost calculator, side-by-side comparison, and a licensed REALTOR® when you want one.

What is Got Nest?

Got Nest brings home search, an AI assistant named Jay, affordability tools and access to licensed real estate professionals into one place. Alves Holdings LLC operates the technology platform. Brokerage services are provided through eXp Realty, LLC, Texas License #603392.

What does Got Nest cost me as a buyer?

There is no subscription or membership fee to search, use Jay, run the calculator or compare homes. Brokerage representation and any agent compensation are separate and are explained in your written agreement with the brokerage.

Do I need an account to look at homes?

No. You can browse public listings, explore cities and neighborhoods, and start a guest conversation with Jay without signing in. Create an account when you want to save homes, use your financing inputs, compare properties or contact an agent.

Who is Jay?

Jay is Got Nest’s AI real estate assistant. Jay helps you explore properties and neighborhoods, understand available information and organize your home search. Jay is not a person or a licensed agent; representation and transaction advice come from a licensed real estate professional.

What does the monthly payment estimate include?

The monthly estimate is the Home Calculator, part of a free account. It uses your saved financing inputs, property tax at 2.25% of the list price a year, the listing's HOA dues and estimated home insurance. Utilities appear as a separate estimate and are excluded from monthly debt.

Can I work with a real, licensed agent?

Yes. The Got Nest Team’s brokerage services are provided through eXp Realty, LLC, Texas License #603392. A partner referral may connect you with an agent at another brokerage. Your agent will explain who represents you and which brokerage provides that representation.
